Jan, You were always welcoming to me from when I first met you. I was always amazed how strong you must have been to have coped with some of the things you dealt with in life. It was always clear that you were strong in your faith but also that your family was so important to you.and you to your family. I think that must have been what kept you going through those really hard times. I feel blessed to have become part of that family and to have known you. Your at peace now. Simon
Jans resilience was deeply rooted in her love of The Lord God and refusal to focus or be defined by her many battles. In the words of a song I played at the mid week communion that Janet faithfully attended pre lockdown This is how I fight my battlesit may seem that Im surrounded but Im surrounded by You.
