I admired his zeal and spiritual fervency in doing the masters work, standing firm in his commitment and dedication to Gods people. Always providing spiritual food for those who hungered and thirst after righteousness.
May the Lord grant him peace and rest.

Late Tribute : The Right Reverend Everton A. Barclay B.Ed.
Greetings in the precious name of Jesus. Our prayers are with you during this time of bereavement. The Late Right Revd. Everton A. Barclay B.Ed., dedicated his life, to the ministry of Christ Jesus. He was an effective teacher of the word.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God.
Matt. 5 v 9.
The Late Right Revd. Everton A. Barclay B.Ed, was a person of a peaceful spirit and countenance. A man that loved his family and loved the Lord, from the days of his youth.
He worked faithfully over the years, for the Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic, on the National Young Peoples Working Party.
This youth executive of the National Young Peoples Department, was approved by the late Presiding National Host Pastor: Bishop S.A. Dunn, and established by the former National Youth President, Bro. V. Burke, who in conjunction with his team, laid the visionary foundation, for the implementation, of what is now known as, Bethel Convention Centre, U.K.
We give God thanks for His grace and mercy.
The Right Revd. Everton A. Barclay B.Ed., had a ministry whose feet was shod with the preparation of peace. He was born for a purpose, for such a time as this. Without a doubt he has established as his legacy, a blessed ministry of reconciliation, because he was a solution base oriented person, in the church, at work, and in the community.
He heard the Saviour calling. He has answered the masters voice, and said Here am I, send me! Heaven Bless You.
Rest in Peace

Still missing the love of my life.
Dear Maxine, Dionne & Andrea.
I would like to offer my sincere condolences at the promotion of our dear Assistant Pastor Everton Barclay. Earth's loss and Heaven's gain. Everton was like my big brother. He was always caring and so kind. I loved the way he operated under the annointing. I loved the way he worshipped he was a worshipper. I also loved his jokes. We worked at the BRI and when I would see him around the building I would always shout out Everton and then he would come over and give me a hug. I also had the opportunity to work with Everton on the BME forum as he was the Chair of the group and he did really well. It was sad when he stepped down last year. I also loved the how he tool his calling very seriously. It was not so long ago that we were celebrating his 60th Birthday and you did a great job Maxine. I am praying for you all. Love Hope
