Terry was an inspiration for me and all Almoners. Always willing to help and provide support for many families and friends. He was the epitome of a true Freemason and an unforgettable man loved by so many.

Dearest Myra x what a love you and Terry share, Soulmates. Terrys parting does not change that blessed gift. Oh how lucky was the world to have your lovely husband. We will give thanks today and always for knowing him and to you both for showing us all the path of True Love. God bless you Myra xxx

Terry will be missed so much by all who knew him, for his caring and positive outlook and his sense of fun. We have fond memories of Uncle Terry from our younger years in London and later in Bristol and most recently in Sheffield. Love and strength to all the family, Nigel and Ruth xx

Terry was undoubtedly one of those who people that had highest standards of commitment to whatever he undertook - so much of his time was was caring for well-being of others others.
True Christian principle both in deed as well  as in thought. 
Terry was in every respect a true Gentleman - he lived respected and has passed regretted. 
One of the most unfortunate part of the self isolation is that we are prevented  from sharing our grief and celebrating his life with others - Our love and prayers to Myra and his family.

Terry was such a generous man of his time and his spirit. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. he will be sorely missed.

I have been trying for days to think of words that can come anywhere close to describing what our 62 years of friendship have meant to me. Such words simply cannot be found so there is little more I can say other than you did so many things - big, small, generous, caring, sensible and oh yes, funny! - to help make my life so memorable and complete. Jane joins me in our sorrow at losing such a fine and true friend. We love you dearly mate and shall always honour your memory!

Such a warm, caring and funny uncle. Lots of fond memories through the years, Most recently our visit to Bristol to stay with Uncle Terry and Myra. Welcomed, looked after, and shown all round the area, Another great memory to treasure. . sadly missed.

My loving , caring beautiful grandad. Still does not feel real. I am so grateful for the time we had and for all the memories I have. You made my summer holidays even brighter, going down the caravan and staying with you and nan. Me and my sister were so lucky even Sumer and was always spoilt! Trips to toys r us, getting paint by numbers, cinema and poached egg in the morning. Theyre too many good times to list. When me and my sister was even younger I remember the old house and some days you working from home in your office but always ensuring we was having fun with nan. Ill love you forever and ever. The best grandad a little girl could ask for. Love you

The best grandad I could have of ever wished for, the numerous holidays, sleepovers days outs and so many more fond memories, that I will for ever cherish. You had the biggest heart and always made the effort, no matter the miles. Love you ️

Fond and treasured memories of a real gentleman, someone who truly would do anything to help anyone in need of support. A lovely man who was a great support to me for many years in carrying out my duties, Terry really was the essence of what a good Freemason should be, we will miss your sense of humour, your support and your kind and friendly ways. I feel blessed to have met you and had the chance to work closely with you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Myra and their loved ones at this difficult time.

We remember a dear friend and brother with affection, respect and gratitude who has been such a dedicated and compassionate Freemason and Almoner to many brethren and their families. We shall miss him very much.

Terry was a true gentleman. He had a great sense of humour. He was a sensitive and compassionate man, an excellent Mason, and an exemplary Almoner. He will be missed by all who knew him. His family and loved ones will be in thoughts and prayers.
