Only just found out and deeply saddened to hear about Dom. Good memories of You on Task Force and then caught up again when I was Jury Assembly Officer at Bristol CC and Dom was selected for a jury. Wish Id stayed in contact like we said we would. I will always raise a smile when I think of his antics.
I've come to this late I'm afraid. Such sadness. I wish I could have rescued you Dom and I'm sorry that we lost contact with each other.
Thinking of all the good times, especially the Task Force years. You always made it okay. Glad to have you by my side. Fond memories to cherish. Thank you Dom. Special guy.
Dave.
Yours would have been the first birthday message Id receive today! A candle shines for you! God Bless
Came to Hospital in my Ambulance with me when I crashed my bike on Whiteladies Road in 1970 - we were both 11.
I heard the very sad news this Christmas. I am sending my condolences to Mary and all your family. There will be a big hole left in your lives now. Thinking of you all. Rose x

So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.
Gone but never forgotten
As fresh young probationary at central Dom was on the preceding shift so we overlapped on the anti violence patrols. I remember being told Dom was a colleague to be relied upon especially in a tight spot. I hope you've found peace.
Had to be the kindest officer i have ever worked with, would always try and help any victim of crime above and beyond what anyone else would do. So tragic that the demons became so strong. Sleep well and walk the beat in Heaven
We have some special family memories
God bless Dom, We will miss you.
Mum, sisters and families
Sleep well Dom. Never a dull moment. Fond memories of Trinity, driving course and The Clyde
RIP Dom
I always enjoyed being paired up with Dom when patrolling the infamous Beat 13 in St. Pauls. He was such an amiable chap, who made that beat a lot less intimidating.
Some great memories from my early days in the job working with Dom. Deepest sympathy to close family. Sleep well big man.
Dom, I have so many memories of our time at Staplehill. The majority still make me laugh! Time to rest now, God Bless. xxx
Such a shock.
Lived life to the full. Always great to be with. Such fun and a good man. RIP
So many memories from a man who lived life to the full. Gone too young.
You leave us too soon brother. Condolences to both family , friends and colleagues who share the loss of kind heart
Farewell Dom. You were irrepressible and irreplaceable in equal measure. I hope your family will know how many lives you touched. Rest in peace.
Condolences to Dominic’s family. I knew & worked with Dominic at Trinity Road PS. A man who always gave anything ‘full throttle’, supported his colleagues, was full of ‘fire’, but that fire was channelled into helping others who were less fortunate than us, would help the needy without hesitation. Gid bless him & may he now rest in peace, Dave Dace
Dom. I have so many memories. You were kind, generous and always looked out for those you cared about. You helped me through a sad time in my life and for that I will never forget you alongside numerous escspades and social events which were all a part of who you were. Rest easy now. So sad we lost touch. "Hiloise' aka Hils, Hilary xx
Met Dom a few times after I retired, bought a few bits from him. Always a good laugh and always a story to tell. Rest in peace.

Not the right time, but you did grab it by the scruff of the neck !!!

I joined the Police Service with Dominic and we both started at the same Police Station together. He was such a keen officer and a good friend.
