Mavis Edith Holland

Much missed mother, grandmother and great grandmother

Mavis was very proud of her family - her two sons, John and Simon, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. For most of her adult life, Mavis lived in the Caterham area of Surrey.  With her husband, Peter, she lived in a beautiful cottage and after Peter's death, Mavis took the brave step at the age of 84 of moving to a flat where she spent 10 happy years. When it was clear that she needed ongoing care, Mavis moved to live in a residential home near John and a few months later it was there that she died, age 95, in November 2020.
