Our beautiful Ella passed away peacefully at Charlton Farm Hospice in Mummy’s arms, with Daddy holding her hand on 16th September 2020 at 11.40pm. We were so very proud of our little warrior.

We are holding an intimate funeral service celebrating Ella’s life on 29th September 2020 at 1.00pm. Invitation only.
