Graham Plummer a devoted family man who loved nothing more than to spend time with loved ones. Leaves behind 3 grand children, Jade, Harvey and Erika whom made him smile and gave him reason to battle on.
Now joining his wife Carol who passed away in 2001 and his brother Brian.
His passion for gardening and all things nature is there to be seen in his home. And for Graham home is where his heart is and made sure he fought everyday to stay in his home.
Lupus UK is a charity close to the familys heart. Instead of flowers we welcome you and to leave donations here, at the funeral or go into Alderwick funeral directors in Hanham.
