Jack was a wonderfully energetic boy who loved life and lived it to the full each day. His passion for sport was undeniable, his enthusiasm for football legendary and his ability as a runner award winning.
Jack's friends have described him as a kind and true friend, always smiling, singing and dancing and popular with everyone.
Life without Jack will be hard, but we must all treasure knowing him and be assured that his spirit lives on in our hearts.
